We celebrated our anniversary here. We had rooftop reservations and choose to sit on the couches to lounge. The staff was very kind and they gave us complimentary champagne for our anniversary. Their knowledge of the menu was helpful in meal selection!

Decided to visit this place for my sister's bachelorette party. First off, it is impossible to speak to someone to book a table for more than 10 people. We ended up booking through “Open table” for 10 and just prayed we would be able to add 1+ upon arrival. Which we did and it worked well. Food - it was ok definitely not worth the value. Service - was good, waiter was attentive and polite. Will I come back? No Would I recommend this to others? No There are far better options that you can choose from with better food and value. This place also has a 3% up charge if you pay with a Credit Card. I couldn't find it anywhere but it is written in very small print on the receipt. They are also not part of the hotel so if you are a Bonvoy member you won't get status benefits there.

Went to Serena and it was my second time there. Had an excellent time, the food & drinks were delicious!! Renata, our server, was the kindest, most helpful person ever and truly made the experience incredible. I highly recommend Serena. Great food, great prices, lovely view and they have valet parking! 10/10 for us :)

Made a reservation for my bachelorette party through Open Table and we were Moxy hotel guests. Was super excited about the location convenience and saw it featured in RHOM. After being seating, we waited over 25 minutes to have a server come to our table. Multiple servers passed by with finally someone having to take a trip up to the hostess stand to ask about our server. Automatic 20% gratuity so you win some and you lose some.

Had the best time at the pool at Serena at Moxy with Anthony. He was 🔥 and super attentive. Made my stay memorable. Everything I wanted even when the rain hit, he took care to make sure I had a great time and get back to cover and still enjoy myself. Highly recommend. Ask for Anthony!
