It is the second time we have visited this restaurant. My wife chose it to celebrate her birthday. We visited it a year or so ago. Without fear of being wrong, I can tell you that it is one of our favorites. Everything's fine. From the attention of the girls who work to the food and the atmosphere. We had an excellent evening. Many thanks to Danay for her exquisite attention and the detail they had with my wife. I congratulate you. God bless you.
The server was not attentive or welcoming. The black beans were definitely from a can since they had no sofrito (onions or peppers). Was surprised when my daughter said Pollo Tropical’s are better. The breaded chicken breast was good, but was difficult to get the server to bring more lime for it though since the little slice provided wasn’t enough for the whole thing. Not sure I’d go again.
I love their food, that 4 stars is there only because of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Pancakes that were dry, didn't have enough sauce but were delicious. Their sandwich Medianoche is amazing. Staff was very friendly when I had to go they put my food on top priority and brought boxes. The atmosphere was good, but we had to change tables in the beginning with some kids that were screaming.
