20% tip? for what exactly? had to hunt down someone to refill water, twice. food was ok, not terrible but not great either. food is brought via robot. kitchen was in the weeds taking us about 1.5hrs for what should have been an hour tops. what exactly am i paying 20% of my bill for?
then comes the tip, 20% already added because we were 7. did anyone's wages go up? not ours as customers. a tip is a percentage based on entire bill, the amount in dollars automatically goes up as prices go up. this 20% nonsense needs to stop.

Sergio's is a restaurant that meets the three B's: good, pretty and cheap. The place is very nice, always clean and with excellent service. The food is delicious, definitely super recommended.
