We are a group of cousins and lifelong friends that get together for lunch every Thursdays.We try different places in the Miami area every week and this was our first really bad (horrible dining experience).The waitress was lost in space and would disappear 🫠from time to time.I ordered a Mamey milk shake and it was delivered late and warm (hot) undrinkable.My tostones were stuck to each other and greasy (uncooked).My friend Andres ordered the Pan 🥖 con bistec and it was all bread and hardly any meat at all.We called the manager to our table and the excuses that we were given for such bad food and service were totally ridiculous.Bottom line is that nobody gives a hoot anymore.For the best Cuban food and service in this town,there’s no place like El Rinconsito Latino on Bird Road and 104th ave Miami

Horrible service received by Alexander, he was not only disrespectful but also put me on hold for 20 minutes. And when I got to the restaurant, he was being very loud and talking obscenities in front of my children. Would never recommend you guys to anyone of my friends. Alexander is very unprofessional, if it was my store he would be fired.
I am absolutely shocked at the experience I just had at Sergio’s on Bird Road & 97th Ave. The restaurant was completely full — at least 12 tables plus a large table of 12 people — and the entire place was being run by one older server. The service was beyond atrocious.
After waiting over 15 minutes for her to come to our table, I began placing my order. In the middle of my sentence, she literally walked away to serve another table, saying she didn’t have time to wait. We hadn’t even been served water until 20 minutes in — and only because we had to ask for it.
When our food finally arrived, it was terrible. My avocado was old and brown, my toast (which was supposed to come with almond butter) had no almond butter at all, and the steak tasted old and off.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s clear mismanagement. Shame on the owner for running a restaurant this way and putting one server in an impossible situation. It’s unacceptable to treat staff like this and to serve customers such low-quality food.
We’ve been to other Sergio’s locations, including Doral and Pembroke Pines, and never had an experience like this. This location is a disgrace to the brand. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

We placed an order for pickup over the phone and arrived at the window to pick it up. The lady avoided looking our way and there we stood for 10 minutes, no kidding. Two other customers arrived at the Window and were also ignored for 5 more minutes. Meanwhile our order was ready and just getting cold since the lady was acting busy but she wasn't. Terrible service for the pickup orders. So this place can keep their Terrible service and we'll take our business elsewhere. Si el servicio de las que trabajan alli no sirve, que te dice de la comida servida? No good, no good, zero stars.
