This location has terrible service. They're slow to attend you at the window and when they finally get to you, they're rude about it. Not to mention it is a bit dirty when you walk inside the restaurant.. They don't smile at you or say you're welcome nor have a good day. Last time I visited this location I had to deal with their manager on duty because I got a watermelon juice and it was disgusting wasn't fresh whatsoever they refused to return my money and all they were offering me was another juice. I did not want another juice because it tasted gross so why would I get that? And all they did was give me a can of soda and absolutely kept refusing to give me back my money. I highly do not recommend this place, at least not this location. I live on Bird Road and personally travel to the Sergio in Kendall allthe time, they're great over there.

I ordered a Vaca frita platter for delivery and they gave me the food with no utensils. How do you guys expect me to eat my food without a fork? Rice and beans with vaca frita is not food you can eat with your hands. $25 down the drain because they couldn’t do their job correctly and give me utensils.

Amazing experience at Sergio’s Restaurant. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The service was warm and welcoming. Narjara was a wonderful, attentive waitress, and Oscar, the kitchen manager, personally checked on our meal. Everything was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back!

I ordered huevos revueltos with ham and American cheese.. there was barely any cheese in them, ham pieces were cut tiny squares .. milky liquid on bottom… I like my eggs soft, with more cheese, and a little bigger pieces of ham.. Not the best…sorry.. I’ve been going to different Sergio’s restaurants.. best one is on 120 Street with 137ave…

Just came to have lunch after many months at Sergio’s. Narjara was my waitress. She is super attentive, nice and treat customers in a very professional manner. She work at the counter/ window. I don’t use to complement people but she makes a different when sometimes some people are careless. Keep doing what you do, don’t change.

Today I arrived at Sergio’s at9:30 pm. On 40st. Narjada was very attentive and excellence customer service. She loves was she does. She is the BEST!! My food was amazing and came out fast. The kitchen manager was very nice. The cooks Pedro and Ariel were amazing with their cooking . Food came out spectacular . Definitely I will be back.
