I just got back from Sergio's. I ordered some pastries and two coconut and cinnamon coffees they were promoting. Upon first sip, I could tell it was just a cold brew coffee with milk; it had none of the coconut and cinnamon flavor I was hoping for. On top of the cream, they only put ground cinnamon and some very small pieces of coconut, which, of course, were never present in the coffee. This is misleading the public, as they are promoting something that isn't true.

The Drive Thru employee Mabel, she's a sweetheart, she has a wonderful personality, she's an easy going, fun person to talk to, the way she jokes and plays with you, to make you feel at ease, and to give you a happy great experience. Her persona, makes her very special. Hope everyone can be like her. She's natural, that's what I love about her the most. I wish everytime I pass by any other drive thru, i would cross with an employee like her. She's just amazing! I love Sergio’s Restaurant at Doral because it is conveniently located, the food is delicious, and they offer variety in their menu. However, the best aspect of this Sergio’s is their customer service; particularly, Mabel, who works in the drive-thru area. Mabel is a people person that makes me feel welcome every single time I go and treats me and my family with courtesy. I recommend Sergio’s to locals and visitors, and if you want exceptional service, visit the drive-thru with Mabel.

She is a great employee plus she is kind, attentive, and always has a smile on her face. She has always greeted me in such a wonderful manner. This is lovely to find someone that is happy to serve you and talk to you. Nowadays people just want to get you out and over with but not Mabel, she is so personable and I bet that even if your having a bad day you leave with a smile.
