Restaurant completely empty during lunchtime, food was inedible, waitress was mediocre and she even took it upon herself to charge 18 % tip quint consent. Black beans were under water, fried rice was stale and plantains were awful. Spent over $45 for a lunch special on a Tuesday afternoon makes no sense! Do not recommend!!!

Third time at this location. I wasn't really hungry and asked for fried rice and couldn't stop nibbling on it. The server was very pleasant and amiable. Everyone in our group were pleased with their orders. The place was clean. It was almost at closing time on a Sunday and was no wait at all.
