We usually always love coming to Shake Shack, at this branch we ordered our burger without bacon and when the burger came with bacon we got attitude from the manager who handed us the order because we said we ordered without bacon for religious reasons, he asked us to simply toss it because it didn’t say it on the order - when we told him to please check the order and he saw the mistake was made by them he told us with an attitude that he will make it again.
Absolutely love this area the energy the lights Justin all around beautiful scenery and the staff is pretty friendly it's a must visit area

We ordered Shake Shack through Uber Eats and were seriously impressed! The food was prepared quickly and arrived fresh. The burger was absolutely delicious — juicy, flavourful, and perfectly put together. We’re from the UK and honestly think it’s one of the best burgers we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Fast friendly service. Everyone greeted me immediately. Angel was cleaning up and quickly stopped to greet and help me. Clean facility lots of seating and they always have everything in stock.

Terrible experience with the manager named Scott at Shake Shack Brickell. I simply asked for a safety seal to close my takeout bag properly, and his response was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. He spoke to me in a threatening tone, showing no interest in basic customer service.
If this is how he treats paying customers, I truly worry about how he treats the staff behind the scenes. His behavior is absolutely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on Shake Shack as a brand.

First time trying Shake Shack.. wow! Delicious, fresh, hot, fast and great customer service. Definitely on the pricier side but SO worth it. Restaurant is clean and chill. Got the Double Smoky Classic BBQ Burger with Cheese Fries and a Mango Passionade (refillable 😉).

I wanted to give a shoutout to the manager here (I don’t know his name, but I visited at 8pm on 7/27). He runs this location like a 5 star restaurant! I admire his attentiveness and care for the establishment. He treats customers very well and with respect, keep being awesome!

I had it delivered to me, the food presentation as neat but beyond that the flavor as always ay other locations such as in NYC. From this location in Miami is very tasty and fulfilling. 10/10
I had a chocolate milk shake, a single both Shake Burger and a Smoke Shack with Bacon Cheese fries and 6 piece Chicken bites. The chicken bites taste like real chicken, felt I should mention that. Hope you enjoy.
