Disgusting Experience - Ordered from Snack Shack (Dadeland Mall) and found a live cockroach inside the bag. Two sandwich boxes were opened. Totally unacceptable. Won’t order again.

The staff here is very lazy! VERY judgmental give attitude and seem like they don’t wanna do their job. If they don’t like their job they can quit. HORRID experience this location should be closed down if they can’t get good workers.
Alex is the nicest greeter/ cashier ever. Take care of this young man and help him advance to better positions in the company! He’s amazing !

First time eating at Shake shack. Love the ease of ordering. Short wait for my food. Price was a little high I thought, until I got the food. It was absolutely delicious. Great staff. Alex saw me with a toddler and helped me to my table with a very large order. They even came to check on me while I was eating. One minor take away? It’s in a food court and it’s pretty crowded. But worth it.
