I have been going to this conch restaurant since I attended the University of Miami in the 80's, 44 yrs ago, and it is as great today as it was back then. I just went on Saturday conch was cooked to perfection . Whenever I go to Miami one of my 1st stops is to Shakers for my conch and pigeon peas and rice! SO DAMN GOOD!
The macaroni and cheese was salty. Dry and chewy and portions were measured in a cupcake paper wrapper that wasn't removed. I have never experienced this from them in the past. And I haven't been to them in about 3 years but I'm very disappointed in the servings and the food the shrimp was undercookrd. You can see white foam coming out of the shrimp. And the conch was undercooked also. It was a real nightmare
