I went to eat for the first time and everything was bad the disoriented cashier didn't know what my order was and cook anyway I didn't know what my ticket was I ate my cold shawarma

The first time I ordered with them, they didn’t send me my two french fries. The following week when I ordered the fries, there were like eight fries in the box and they were cold.

A Rose

I ordered through the Uber eats app and had the chicken plate special. Nothing special about this plate. The seasoning was minimal and its if you expecting a nyc style rice plate its disappointing. You will add your own seasoning. All it is...is a value meal with smaller portion size if you dont want to spend money on Uber eats. Its only 10 without the tip included.You will be impressed only by the variety of items on your plate. . I would order again if you want a light meal.

The person responsible for taking orders didn’t speak a single word of English, resulting in confusion and a level of service that was utterly unacceptable. To make matters worse, the rest of the staff displayed arrogance—speaking loudly among themselves in a foreign language and showing clear disregard for customers. It’s obvious that the owner or manager is completely out of their depth; employing unqualified personnel is a sure way to ruin the restaurant’s reputation and steer it toward financial failure.

The food was delicious, our order arrived quickly, and the staff were incredibly friendly! The guys working the night shift were super nice; they were already closing up but still let us order. We would definitely go back for the food and the great service we received! 10/10 for everything. Amazing service—more staff like these guys, please!

The preparation of the meals after us, and possibly for us as well, was made while the person preparing was eating over the food. Had i seen there would not have been a first time.

Good luck trying to call the restaurant to make an order. If they pick up the hang up right away or they just don’t answer at all!!

What a terrible place. Since they must not have a proper ventilation system, the smell of food clings to you—even to your underwear. After eating there, you definitely need to take a shower. On top of that, they don’t turn on the air conditioning and the heat inside is unbearable. So I do not recommend this place at all.

Doral Paper

This place told me about a promotion they had, where on the second purchase, if I scanned a QR code on this card, I would get $10 off the next purchase. I gave them my information—phone, email, and name—thinking they would honor the offer, but when I tried to use the promotion they refused, saying I had to spend $25, which they never mentioned at any point. So, even though it doesn’t have to do with the quality of the food, nowadays you don’t know what they might do with your information—especially when after giving it to them, they refuse to honor the promotions, leaving you unsure of how they will use your data.

On top of that, they don’t turn on the air conditioning, and in these summer times it actually feels hotter inside than outside. So if you’re someone who can be affected by heat indoors, I would not recommend this place.
