Very good overall! The pork gyoza is probably the best pork gyoza I’ve had. Momo potato dumplings were also excellent. We ordered the orange chicken as an appetizer to share and it was also really great. I will be returning!

It was not busy when we arrived, but took almost 20 min to place our order. Server didn’t seem to be paying attention and repeated a simple order back incorrectly. One of our three items never arrived and they never checked on us after the first two came or offered another drink etc. We let them know we didn’t get something and if it wasn’t being prepared already we would rather take the check. They realized they gave it to the wrong table and didn’t do anything to try and make up for it. Just dropped the overpriced check. The shrimp dumplings were nice though.

Shokudo is one of my go-to spots for Japanese food. Their nigiri is always fresh and delicious, and the tempura shrimp is perfectly crispy without being heavy. Every time we come here, the food is consistently good.
It’s also a great value for money—you get high quality without breaking the bank. We come often and it’s become one of our favorite regular spots.

The food was absolutely wonderful. The garlic noodles and pork chops were the perfect pair. We enjoyed it so much, we ordered a second plate and left them both clean. The dragon roll was fresh and flavorful. Best was the desert! The bubble waffle was crispy, warm, and divine. Let’s not forget to mention the staff and their wonderful service. We will definitely be returning.
