Love & miss the nostalgia.Grew up down the street from the original Shorty's.Take out order is consistently missing something or with wrong items included.I don't open the order inside at cashier bc many are not wearing masks & I'm uncomfortable doing so. Cashier was very nice but order was wrong again.No curbside service so one must go inside to pick up order.Disappointed.Gave the extra star bc cashier was very nice.
Went here today. I’ve always heard bad things about this place but, I have to say i had the baby back ribs and they weren’t bad at all. Definitely give Flanny ribs a run for their money.I will be coming back to Shortys. Only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because our server was terrible. They have great Barbeque food but the service is a little wild. Talking loud behind the take out window. Curse words being used and talking about inapproiate stuff that kids shouldn't hear. I would also like to know why the Manager even works there. Horrible responses from the Take Out window and servers make me feel I'm getting paid to satisfy them. Of 5 points only 2. One for food and one for building environment. Lots of Management change needed.
