It’s always disappointing when a dinning experience is not as favourable as u hope for .
Our visit to the Orlando Disney shulas’ was exactly that, disappointing. The service was not what you expect at a restaurant that claims to have top quality menu and service which also reflects is in their prices $$$$

This is a tuff review for me to do. That being said I have been a loyal Shula's fan for many years. We have been many times. I was excited about the new Prime location at Wild Horse Pass casino. That was the ONLY thing we liked. The service wasn't anything like we have experienced in the past. The "Shula's Cut" that we used to get turned into a less-than-average steak. Husband's review of Prime at Wild Horse Pass
Went to Prime for my birthday. Food and service were exceptional! The wife and I started off with the Stuffed Alaskan King Crab (pictured). Absolutely delicious! For our meal, she had the Kansas City strip and she really enjoyed it. Had great flavor. I will say, I did try it and there was a salt seasoning on it that I could see maybe some not liking. Shula's Bar & Grill offers a pleasant dining experience with friendly service. The menu features tasty options such as fried shrimp and burgers. While prices are on the higher end, customers appreciate the convenient location near shops and the beautiful view of the ocean. Some customers have mentioned that the alcoholic beverages may be watered down. Servers were the only good part of the experience. Eddy is awesome. The salads were decent but not seventy dollars decent. They do, however, provide outlets at the tables along the walls. It was not clear the QR code on the table was for to go food. Fries and ketchup also milk are available.
