Be careful, I was robbed in this place...They charged me extra for things that I didn't consume...As I was in a hurry to catch the flight, I ended up not paying attention to the price. When I got to the plane I saw that they charged me 50 dollars more at the check-in for things I didn't consume...Pure fraud...

Pretty good overall. The service was good and my fried shrimp was tasty. Everything was expensive, but airports... am I right? The interface for ordering beer is wonky. I accidentally ordered a shot of tequila on the side, but hey, what was I supposed to do, not drink it?

Sullen staff, no real service, food was mediocre, and as others have said, they then steal an additional 18% automatic "gratuity". Pretty ballsy for a place with bugs running around behind the bar.

A two is almost too high, but I'll give that in light of it's in the Miami airport. Small servings, no table service, (no surprise), plastic utensils, high prices. Grab a sandwich in the corridor and consider yourself smarter and richer.

We were sat down and immediately ordered our food via mobile. The drinks came quickly but the food took over 40 minutes… when we had a connecting flight to catch. Upon asking to cancel the order and get a refund, the waiter laughed it off and urged us to wait “5-10” more minutes because “we didn’t have to worry since they would call our names over the intercom before leaving without us”. Uhh, sorry but nobody wants to be in that position. To recommend that as an option/solution is preposterous. Then, after receiving the food, the sandwich had cheese and onions on it. Something we specified we could NOT have due to ALLERGIES. Overall, the worst airport dining experience and service either of us have EVER had.

You had to pull up menu , order yourself , check yourself out then tip your sever 18 percent tip , calling it a service fee for doing nothing but dropping your food off ! no service! Food was tasty but cold ! No one to complain too . Long day at the airport, could have used a nice meal and service. Don’t recommend this

Truly horrendous prices and food.

We ordered the turkey club on sourdough. It came on cheap white bread and instead of turkey it had ham. Seemed more like a premade grocery store sandwich than a $20 one at shulas.

Food was very average and - as expected - overpriced! I would have preferred to eat tat the BK or Wendy’s for a fraction of the price.

The food is very poor. Fried ravioli are empty and from a freezer. The wings are very small, dry, and with no sauce. The burder is mediocre and similar to an Applebee's burger. Please don't waste your money.
