I am not local but EVERY time I have stopped in (often indecisive about what I want) they have gone above and beyond with suggestions and infinite patience. Every single time my choice has been delicious. Their CHOYO options are extensive and they are always mixed perfectly. I am also deeply impressed by their friendly and caring staff. They are always smiling! This is a “must do” if you are anywhere close to the FIU campus,

Sip 305 is hands down one of my favorite spots in Miami! Every time I visit, I’m impressed not only by the quality of their drinks but by the amazing service. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable about the menu. They take their time to offer recommendations and make sure your order is exactly how you like it — you can really tell they care about the customer experience.
