Portion size was good. The food was not. The ribs were more than likely boiled before they were cooked. I couldn't get any flavor out of them except for the pepper sprinkled on top. The Mac & cheese tasted like it came from a box and then some other things added. Not real cheese. The beans were the best thing I had from the truck and they were a 5/10. I really hope it was just an off night and they put more work into quality of the food.

Smoke That Beef is putting out high quality, perfectly smoked, and insanely delicious BBQ. We shared the 4 meats sampler, which includes Texas-style brisket, smoked pork belly, pulled pork and beef sausage - each better than then next, served with dill pickle slices, bread and a pair of homemade sauces. If you can't make it out to their truck, you can also get it delivered. Can't wait to order again!

Excellent smoked beef brisket! I picked up dinner from this food truck and was impressed by how delicious and tender the beef brisket was. The chef came out and talked to us briefly, he was super nice. I loved this place and plan to return and try more things from the menu.

The BEST BBQ in Miami If you haven't found this place you've missed something special. It's a food truck in a shaded court yard in the most unexpected place. I never thought I'd find the BEST BBQ IN MIAMI in a food truck near a commercial area. Knowing the secret spots in Miami is something special only the locals know. Remember SMOKE THAT BEEF as a go to favorite. Every time I visit, I try something different. Every item is super high quality and delicious. Never a miss yet. The brisket is outstanding. The pulled pork melts in your mouth. The baked beans are loaded with notable chunks of smoked meat and the best I've ever had. The fried okra is light and crispy. If you're in the mood for BBQ, give SMOKE THAT BEEF a try. You won't be sorry.
