Smoothie was made incorrect at neighboring location, observed incorrection while on drive. Stopped at this location along my route to have order correct. Manager refused to allow a remake at no cost citing cost of ingredients for 1 smoothie... Won't return to this location.

I came in to pick up an order I placed online and it tasted very bland, so I asked to please have it remade. The girls werent necessarily rude or anything and a girl named Jaida remade it and it honestly came out worse and tasted watered down and didnt fill up the cup. However I usually have a good experience at this location.

4 times I have placed my orders through the app with 20 mins ahead before arriving and when I get there it’s not ready, it is always the same problem during morning hours. The girl always said oh I was busy! But there was one in the place!

Ordered a smoothie that was supposed to have peanut butter. Tasted the smoothie and no peanut butter. Mentioned it to the person behind the counter, and they said it had peanut butter and then walked away from me. I tried my son's smoothie (he and I ordered the same), and his DEFINITELY has peanut butter. So service has a lot to be desired.
The lady working there, maybe early mid 20s, gave the nicest service🥹🥹and I tend to get nervous with employees and their services & attitude, she nice ;-;
