I go to this location almost daily and it never disappoints. All of the employees are exceptionally kind and Anabella who usually takes care of me is always very helpful and friendly. The owner is sometimes there and takes the time to acknowledge me by always saying hello, and has on a few occasions showed his gratitude with a small item at no charge , which maybe does not mean much in monetary terms, but it means a lot to me because it shows he appreciates my loyalty, which I also feel the from the staff. The bowls are always consistently delicious and Ive always received first class service. I recommend you do yourself a favor and make this your goto smoothie spot, I think youll be very happy with your choice. Cheers

I really enjoy visiting this Smoothie King location. The smoothie bowls are delicious and beautifully presented, making them not only great to eat but also picture perfect. The store is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Annabella, in particular, goes above and beyond to make each visit a positive experience. Since I work nearby, it’s a wonderful way to start the morning with a healthy breakfast and a friendly smile. Highly recommend!

I’m a loyal costumer because I go to the gym every morning and I buy in a daily basis and this it’s my third time coming here and nobody it’s here … I’ve been waiting for more than 20 minutes and nobody it’s here .. I don’t know if the store it’s empty or what but there’s nobody here … maybe the owner should take a look at that because at this time everyone get out of the gym waiting for a smothie and there’s nobody here I was waiting and waiting.. I ordered this cocoa haze açaí bowl thinking it would be good . Now I've had this previously at a other smoothie king and I loved it ! Not this time though.The cocoa haze is supposed to have chocolate drizzle on top of it but it didn't . The bananas and strawberries tasted old .The service was okay. I'm sure the employee was a bit tired since it the morning.the ambiance needs some construction. I recommend to go to the one in 8th street instead.

I’m a regular customer at Smoothie King and usually have a great experience, but I recently had a disappointing interaction that needs to be addressed. I ordered a smoothie that tasted very off—something was clearly wrong with it. I politely let the young lady at the counter know that I didn’t like it and even returned the smoothie, expecting a replacement. However, instead of offering to make it right, she charged me again to make a new one.
As someone who comes here often, I found this frustrating and unacceptable. It's not just about the extra charge—it’s about how the situation was handled. The staff, especially newer or younger employees, should receive better training in customer service. Listening to and accommodating loyal customers should be a priority. I hope management takes this seriously to prevent similar experiences in the future.
