I was disappointed with my recent experience at Smoothie King. I ordered an açaí bowl, and unfortunately, the fruit toppings were clearly not fresh and appeared past their prime. This took away from both the flavor and overall quality of the bowl. Given Smoothie King’s reputation for promoting health and freshness, I expected higher standards in food quality. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure that future customers receive the level of freshness the brand is known for.

I bought these shakes with high expectations, but unfortunately, they didn’t live up to them. I noticed they added too much water and ice, which completely diluted the flavor. The result was a watery, tasteless drink far from what I was hoping for. I think they could improve a lot by paying more attention to the proportions and preparation. I wouldn’t order them again, at least not the way they were made.

First the employee was friendly, secondly she made the smoothies just as we ordered and didn't hesitate to please the customer as I asked for substitutions/additions to our smoothies!
