showed up at 10:40 and the doors were closed and on the door it says closed monday through friday at 11 pm and it’s tuesday at 10:40 , next time have the doors open at 10:40 because it says you guys close at 11 i was forced to order my drink online and i wanted to order it in person.

The worst place we got there and through a window they told us we needed to order only on the app the app took forever to load and as soon as we got our order ready 15 minutes before closing the closed also the app the most ridiculous thing ever you are losing customers and business so dumb

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this deserves to be said. I’ve been visiting Smoothie King locations since my teens, and Gabriel stands out above every employee I’ve encountered. He consistently greets customers with genuine positivity and an eagerness to help. It’s something I rarely see at other stores, where the service often feels indifferent. Gabriel’s upbeat attitude and consistent professionalism make every visit better. Whoever reads this should know: he truly deserves recognition.

I came to the SK on 1557 SW 107TH AVE on Friday night because it is open until 11:00 pm. I arrived there at 10:35 pm and the Logan told my husband that the place was closed and that only online orders were accepted but that it was too late to place the order . My husband asked him if he was able to place the order straightaway, but he was very clear it was not possible . I then went into SK website and placed the order and did not have any issues . 10 minutes later my husband picked up the order and we left. When Logan saw my husband he was speechless . This is not acceptable and this is really poor service . We went there because it said it closed at 11:00 pm, I didn’t just drive there to get a no at 10:35 pm. Seriously , train them or close the place earlier . You can see the picture where it says open , and the guy inside the place who was very rude to my husband .

Horrible experience I asked “how are you?”to the cashier or smoothie associate twice with no response, please train your staff to be friendly and responsive. These ppl are robots. I payed for my smoothie it was not free. Very rude individual, no have a nice day or nothing also the person behind me seemed to know the SK associate and received his smoothie first????
