Worst customer experience at this place. The young women working there seemed angry at me for even making an order and walking into the shop. I used to come here at least once a week but now the experience has gotten so bad so consistently that I can't justify spending money there. Not coming back to this location ever again. Save your money

They don’t close at the time that they are said to close. They refuse to take your order inside and say that you can only make online orders. They close at 11:15pm and weren’t taking orders since 10:35pm.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Smoothie King on 107th Avenue was extremely disappointing and I must warn you of my experience so you are aware because after this experience, I will never order direct through their website again... 1. They did not have the ingredients to fulfill my orders 2. They never called me to let me know ahead of time that they were unable to fulfill my order so I drove all the way there for nothing and 3. The worker was unable to cancel my order and refund my money.Ultimately number 3 is what really made me upset because how is a company going to leave an employee by themselves but not train them to cancel and refund orders if there is an issue? Are you kidding me? That is horrible. I basically lost $30 and I also want to express that I am really hating the option of tipping 'before' the service or products are provided because they probably see that! And then what happens if they don't like the tip, will they do something to the food out of retaliation? It's a huge possibility. I wish people would boycott businesses for doing this so they learn to be better at running a business or how about forget tipping altogether and just pay your employees better!!! Nonetheless, Smoothie King needs to seriously reconsider its policies and staff training in order to provide the level of service that customers expect and deserve. Horrible experience.

This has to be the worst smoothie king in Miami. Low quality ingredients, poor customer service, I wouldn’t be surprised if some ingredients were expired. I ordered a strawberry hulk with peanut butter, it has been my go to for years. But every time I go to order this same drink at this specific store it’s always off. I asked the staff to remake it and was met with an attitude “we follow a recipe” the second drink was worse im sure because the staff was upset they had to remake it. I’m convinced they have very low quality ingredients. I don’t have this issue in any other smoothie king but it’s always the same here

Closing crew on 01/29/2023 closed at 7:20. When closing time was actually 8 PM (marked on the door). Said they had “malfunctions” yet were LITERALLY making FREE smoothies for their friends that came in at 7:35pm (I stayed in my car waiting). I’m all for hiring the youth. But if they are going to be lazy and basically loosing the store money cause of it. Than a change should be made.
