10/23 Update: the service iv just received was incredible!!! Complete 180°!!! 1:30pm, Trakiba and the other lovely women on shift were AMAZINGGG, my review has completely changed due to them.

Sadly this location is lowkey racist towards white people, iv been coming here alot due to work and its been a sour experience every single time customer service wise and today was my limit, one staff member on the front, all i got was a side eye and my smoothie was a complete mess, i asked for napkins and got ignored because she was on the phone with an airpod in, meanwhile people coming in get a greeting and excellent service, none of which were white. Super sad to be typing this but the reality. Do something about the staff plz, super uncalled for and immature

Kiva is amazing! She made us the yummiest smoothies, and gave us samples of each so the others in our party could try each one. She was super friendly! We would all recommend this Smoothie King!

I visited the Smoothie King at Shoppes of Civic in Miami and had a terrible experience. As someone five days post-op from gastric sleeve surgery, I asked for a kid-sized smoothie with protein, but the staff said they “didn’t know how” and told me I was confusing them, then rudely refused. Very disappointing and not the respectful, health-focused service I expected.

10/10 service and food! Super friendly staff, especially the guy that was working at around 7:20pm on September 14th today, he did a great job and made the best smoothie. Thank you!

I’ve been coming here the last couple of weeks since I’ve moved in the area. The staff here is super nice! I’ve encountered with pretty much everyone. I appreciate everyone’s positive attitude. It makes a difference. It’s also well maintained & cleaned stations! Today Kiba assisted me fast & easy. !

I come here everyday and never get a bad smoothie. Dope spot with even doper workers

🎉 Just left Smoothie King and treated myself to my $2 birthday 20oz Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie! 🍓🥝 The cashier was such a nice young man—he got my order done quickly and with no problem. 🥤✨ Refreshing, delicious, and a sweet way to celebrate!
