I keep seeing the same comments "place smells disgusting, bathroom is disgusting, and employees attitude are so low". All of them very true, since I gave this location many chances, but it is always the same. I see management responding to the reviews "thank you for your feedback, we take this seriously" and they don't do nothing. Place is super bad smelly, dirty and really low attitude. Today was my last smoothie at this place, because it also tastes really bad. Look at another location.

Joke of an establishment. Love smoothie king but this location always fails. Staff is always on their phones. Today went in and there was 1 staff member. AC was at 80+. 10+ people waiting to order with the 1 staff member working on mobile orders. Just wasted 10 minutes to walk out while the 1 staff member made 1 order. Not her fault, its the managements fault.

I had a lovely experience. I dropped my bowl the second I got into my car and the fruit and toppings went flying. Luckily, Sai was a Godsend & helped me out by adding the toppings back for me!

I had a disappointing experience at this Smoothie King location. The place had a strong unpleasant odor, which made it uncomfortable to stay. The restroom conditions were terrible, definitely not what you’d expect from a place serving drinks. On top of that, the staff was not in uniform, making it hard to identify employees, and their attitude was rude and unwelcoming. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit, and I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness and customer service

This was my first time visiting a smoothie king and I had the pleasure of being served by Andrew, he was so polite and answered every question I had about the smoothies seeing on how it was my first time. He also patiently waited for me to get my app working to pay. It’s hard to find good customer service and Andrew deserves some recognition. Thanks Andrew

i had an incredible experience at Smoothie King, thanks to the tall guy with curly hair i think his name was andrew. His customer service was outstanding, he was friendly, patient, and made great recommendations based on what I was looking for. My smoothie was made quickly and tasted amazing super fresh and exactly what I wanted. It’s rare to see someone who genuinely enjoys their job, but it was clear he did, and it made my visit so much better. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Today is the 3rd time this has happened. I placed the order online, and when I arrived they had no idea that the order would take 10 minutes to arrive. Additionally, this place smells awful every time I come.

Stopped by and ordered PB plus with coconut water and extra dates and the rep this morning at 1030 on 31 October made the shakes taste like garbage. Don’t recommend ordering smoothies from this location and the rep who worked there this morning. Sad morning for me.

Servant on phone while taking order customer is very rude these young kids have terrible manners need to be trained a little better
As I was walking in to the establishment, the worker was waking out. I didn’t think much of it, I figured there was someone else inside to take my order. After about 5 minutes of standing in front of register waiting for someone to walk out of the back to take my order, no one showed up. The worker that had walked out eventually came back in with a bag of what appeared to be food finally took my order, never apologized for the wait or gave an explanation. I decided to go ahead and order anyway since I was already waiting for such a long while. I ordered a smoothie and it was disgusting. He had pumped an unnecessary amount of Stevia and that was all I was able to taste. I’m a big fan of smoothie king, but unfortunately, I don’t think I will be coming back to this location. Such a lack of care for this establishment and it’s clients. They need better management and need to do a better job of selecting employees who actually want to work.

I ordered a bowl and they didn't have the acai, they just made me one with a different mix, I don't recommend it.
