I bought a container of slushie with banana, strawberries, and granola and apart from that, a large container smoothie of banana with strawberry was a total of $24 and closing at $30 I thought the prices were a little high, but in the same way the flavor was 10 out of 10 have tables for networking, meetings, and there are shops all around them, such as five below, Publix, Ross, etc.

This is my second time where I ordered a large smoothie and it was not full to the top the first time this happened. I asked them to add more to it, and I got nothing but attitude, but they still did it the second time just happened again today so I will never come back. It’s ridiculous that you spent $11 on a smoothie and they can’t even fill it up to the top.

Smoothie is fine but customer service is seriously lacking. I don’t know what’s so hard about a simple “good morning” “thank you” or “have a nice day.” Staff acts as if you’re bothering them on their day off or something.

Revisited this place because Aventura was being remodeled and knowing it's the worse smoothie king in the area. It didn't disappoint with their poor customer service. I ordered my large smoothie through the drive through. When I get to the window I ask the girl if she could pour some of my smoothie into a small cup for my daughter. She said no and the cup would be an additional 25 cents. Then give me the credit card reader prompting me for a tip. Tip for what? Making a mess in my car because asking you to pour was too much to ask? I must add it was the worst tasking Peanut Power Plus I ever had.

Shouting out the entire crew at this location with a long overdue review. I order a smoothie from this location 5-6 times a week because I live right around the corner. After 2 years of major dental surgeries, they’re the best way for me to up my protein intake. I always order online ahead of time, rarely have to wait once I get there. Im a creature of habit so I order the exact same smoothie with the same add ons every time and they’re very consistent. The ladies greet me by name every morning with smiles and are super sweet!With all that said, one major area for improvement is in regards to the company’s rewards program in the app. I’ve never brought this to the attention of the staff at this store bc I know it’s not on them… I redeem a $2 reward almost daily and it always only subtracts $1 from my total so it’s never truly a $2 reward. A free or discounted smoothie every once in a while (one after every so many ordered) would also be nice to see. Other smoothie chains, that don’t even do well with their smoothies, have much better programs

This is the closest smoothie king to our home. However, they make the worst smoothies. They are watery and not like any other smoothie king makes them in Miami. Go south to any other smoothie king and you have a much better experience. When you ask them, "why is it's watery and not thicker like a smoothie should be" the response is, " do you want it thicker?" No, I just want it made correctly.

We bought the biggest one and wanted to share. They charged us for the cup. They insisted it wasn’t much but if it wasn’t much why not give it to a customer that goes every week. Very stingy. Won’t go back!

I've been trying to claim a birthday coupon for 6 days and none of the people who work here want to give me my smoothie. It's a lousy service and it's not just this time, many times there is discrimination on the part of those who serve, I don't understand why they always have a bad attitude

Very disappointed I drove 15 mins to get to the place at 9:40 and google map say the close at 10 get there people are in but already locked doors and not answering driver thur window I was so confused and disappointed

I order a smoothie they get it wrong and then try to still give it to me I had to come inside and have the whole thing remade in front of me. Its always something at this place

The smoothie is great but the competence within staff is outrageously unacceptable. I ordered a 20oz smoothie with 9 added ingredients (enhancements) . I asked for it in a 32 oz cup. They instead through away my portion and fit the rest in a 20oz. I asked for it to be remade. If all smoothies are portioned strategically for cup accuracy how is it that I’m told I’m unable to receive all of my added ingredients in a cup size big enough to hold it because I didn’t pay for that size cup. They sound ridiculous. I don’t want an 32 oz serving of the peanut power plus because it is loaded with calories. And they contacted the manager who is apparently for lack of a better word ignorant when it comes to customer feedback. She told them to refuse service. Even after I offered to buy a cup. So after I had to become a science teacher and explain to these people why the ingredients will not fit the cup they forgot to charge me. So as the good person I am I walked back in and paid for my smoothie even tho I was in my car and on my way off the premises. She’s lucky I’m not a thief because after the way these ladies conducted themselves I should not have cared.
