The customer service was just all right — not terrible, but not particularly warm or welcoming either, especially for a small business. The biggest issue for me was the portion size compared to the price. I’ve gotten better, bigger açaí bowls at MyRoots for the same price. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not one I’d rush to repeat.

Smoothie Spot in Kendall is a great little place for a quick, healthy bite. I got a smoothie and an acai bowl, and both tasted super fresh—not overly sweet like some spots. The menu has a good mix of smoothies, wraps, and bowls, so there’s something for everyone. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean with a laid-back vibe. It did take a little while to get my order, but it was worth the wait. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re looking for something tasty and nutritious.

A true lifesaver! We were looking for something healthy to eat late at night and honestly thought we wouldn’t find anything open. Luckily, we stumbled upon this place and it was the best decision we could’ve made. The food was not only delicious but also light, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and put care into every dish on the menu. On top of that, the service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. To our surprise, they even gave us a 15% discount without us asking, which was such a kind gesture and deeply appreciated. In a world where great customer service is becoming rare, it’s refreshing to find a place that still values the customer experience. We will definitely be back, not just for the food, but for how good they made us feel. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a healthy, feel-good option—even late at night!

That healthy food is boring and bland?? If someone says that it's because. Or Spot smoothie has come. It is not only healthy but delicious. I tried The burrito and it is excellent. I combined it with a smoothie called Mango Tango…. Spectacular.

Overpriced! $19 for an Açaí bowl… it was nothing special. The girl was really nice and helpful, Sevice is good, but food is very overpriced.

Going to baptist rehabilitation right next door this is one of my favorite spots in town and I go every week, but today is what forced me to put it in writing. The food here is amazing being healthy and delicious. The atmosphere is great with nice people and good music. But best of all and what truly takes the cake is the amazing service. Today Erica was doing my order with Evelyn walking around and giving A+ hospitality for me and other customers. The patience, kindness, and amazing results of what’s made here is what makes this one of the best smoothie spots in town :D
