I’m a regular and I went in recently and noticed alot of the old staff was gone. The service isn’t as exceptional as usual, it’s not the same quality. I’m going to truly miss going to this place

Food was absolutely out of this world ! Seasoning was perfect As well as portion for the price. I’m definitely gonna be coming back before I leave from my vacation. Kim was wonderful definitely offered recommendations and what was good in her personal opinion and was very professional personable. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. Fast and efficient.

Food was great, the taste was deliciousOur host was all the time very kind and willing to make us feel comfortable. I will say the balance price and quality is more than satisfactory.

It took the server 30 minutes to make 4 drinks. She never came back to ask for our order we had to track her down. She didn't clear our table. Tip was already included at 18% and we wouldn't have tipped her at all. Service was terrible.

loved the decor/theme of this place. it needs improvement though. service and food wasn't that great. food took a long time and service was non existent i had to keep raising my hand. my friends cuban sandwich looked good and big. the vaca frita was filling but i wanted maduros, not black beans. eventually i got the correct side. tip is automatically included on the check. i've had better cuban food in New York and it's supposed to be better, more authentic in miami.
We were greeted in a timely manner and seated. Unfortunately that was the only thing timely. While we were waiting for our food and drinks. We only saw one waitress for the whole restaurant, including us. They seem to only have 1 chef on staff working so the time to get our food took a while already but to make it longer we saw the chef chilling with his other coworkers when there is still orders not done. The drinks took forever because the bartender decided to make a video for social media vs. serving. After about 45 minutes, we finally got our appetizer. Now the appetizer was good. But after an hour with no main course we decided to leave. Would I come back? Probably not. Please keep in mind the restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived.
