Every time I touch down in Miami, I gotta hit Snappers Fish and Chicken. This run I grabbed the catfish with that extra lemon seasoning, fresh fries, and some fried okra. Man, the catfish was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and that lemon had it bussin’. The fries came out hot, the okra was crunchy — no cap, I ain’t even use no ketchup or nothing, the flavor held it down by itself. Snappers never miss, it’s always a Miami must.
I ordered fried chicken tenders and fried gizzard both came with French fries they were perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection.

The cashier was absolutely miserable and made it obvious they didn’t want to be there. If you hate customer service that much, then don’t work in it. Nobody should have to deal with that attitude when they’re paying for food. It’s unacceptable. And telling me the bathroom was “closed” while I was still waiting for my order? That’s ridiculous. Customers don’t stop existing just because you want to clean early. If I’m paying a bill, I have every right to use the bathroom until the restaurant is officially closed. Anything less is pure disrespect.

Great food at a reasonable price. I went to a lot of places to eat and this was one of the best in the city. Dont be fooled by overpriced boujee restaurants and social media recommendations. Miami is cool but food scene is not it.

I love me some Snappers but this time my fries were soggy. My card was locked so I had to call my bank. When I saw the employee open my tray unsure to what she did. I requested a new tray of food and was denied. Thumbs down.
