I ordered the 4 piece chicken wing dinner with french fries. When I received my delivery,the french fries looked like and tasted like they were cooked in old grease! I couldn't eat them!

Young man at the counter is very polite and helpful, food was hot and fast. It was awesome very tasty I’ve gone to snappers only a couple times but it’s always on point.

The food came out fast and hot. My wife is allergic to shrimp and they helped me out by letting me switch out the shrimp for tenders. We will back

First time going and when I tell you that the wings were absolutely delicious. And the fried Oreos...oh em gee...best I've had. They were out of banana pudding, I can only assume because it must be delicious too. Definitely getting it next trip. Oh, and the tea flop was amazing. I'll definitely be returning soon.. maybe tomorrow. Food was great, wait was a little long, but that's because the food was fresh. I don't mind waiting for fresh hot food. Would've given it a 5 but the customer service wasn't as friendly as a 5 rating would be. But it's a strong 4 based on the food alone....
