My hubs and I are new to SoFlo and we absolutely love it. As a diabetic I need to be mindful of my food choices. George is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, respectful and very friendly. He makes sure I understand the carb and sugar content. We use the protein shakes as meal replacements. Hubs had the protein waffle and loved it. Today we indulged in protein donuts 🍩 so we know we’ll be enjoying some healthy snacks. Everything tastes so delicious that it feels like a treat. The atmosphere is open, clean, and welcoming. We highly recommend it! As you can see I wasn’t quick enough to take a pic 🤭
