Wind is such a great building! Excellent security, amazing views, and great amenities. As a realtor, I have to deal with management offices a lot and Wind's is so easy to work with and helpful.
I lived here pre and post lobby renovations and the building did an amazing job with limiting resident amenities and continuing to make it accessible. I love this building, the staff, and everything it has to offer.
The Wind has some of the most breathtaking river and city views, and arguably the best location between Brickell and Downtown. David and Victor in management run things smoothly and everyone in the building is very friendly. Love Carlitos in the lobby.
