Nothing to do with the pizzerias of Sorbillo in Italy: the pizza is almost inedible. Little choice of flavours, the dough is rubbery, the mozzarella is not mozzarella, the vegan pizza has cheese on top that looks like glue and the vegetables consist of a few small pieces of courgette. Low quality raw materials, raw ham with a terrible flavor and full of fat (a vague imitation of real Italian raw ham), added to the pizza for the modest sum of $6 (a steal). I agree with the writer to stay away from this place, decoy for tourists.

Sorbillo is maybe my single favorite restaurant in all Miami. The people are so warm, the cuisine is excellent and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Ciro, George, David, Chef Michael and everyone make the place so special. I would highly recommend Sorbillo to anyone visiting Miami as well as to anyone who has lived here for years. I personally eat there twice a week at least, sometimes more. Five hearts!

The worst pizza I have ever had. Soggy and flavorless. I don’t understand how anyone can eat and enjoy this .

Real Italians flavours. Maybe non good like Sorbillo in Naples but for sure one of the best restaurants in USA. Pizza dough and cooking point was delicious, ingredients on top the pizza not so good.

Prices, a robbery, I would have to learn to make a real expensive expensive pizza, don't go, the quality is second to none and they steal the prices, DON'T GO, EYE!!!!!!!!

The pizza is special because of its dough and its flavors are exceptional. They are very attentive in their service and it is a pleasant space to have a good time.

Most famous pizza in Italy now available in Miami. Diavola pizza and Fritta calzone were amazing! The fried calzone was like funnel cake filled with pizza ?.

I ate the sausage and broccoli pizza after 10 months and I confirm that the pizza is always good, excellent digestibility, nothing to envy of our pizzas made in Italy, Ciro is a very pleasant person, I invite you to try it. I have returned and I assure you that you will find yourself very good, excellent food and cooked with care, all lovingly looked after by Ciro, you will find yourself among the family, I invite you to go there. TOP, I recommend you try the bread made by them, with a drop of oil on top, delicious.

If I consider that I were abroad Pizza wise, I had a great Pizza Cetara. Even anchovies on top of my Pizza were surprisingly good.

Parking: There are a couple of parking lots walking distance but they tend to be pretty much full during the day due to the proximity of the beaches

I had made a reservation just a few minutes in advance. Upon arrival, we were seated, and the first thing they asked us was whether we wanted still or sparkling water. We requested still water, and they brought us Panna water. (They should have asked if we wanted bottled water or tap water). I am not fond of this "trick" to sell water (especially since Panna is expensive), especially among Italians. We asked for straws for the children. Once, twice, three times. They finally brought them on the fourth request (by which time dinner was practically over). The pizza, which I distinctly remembered as being tasty, was now utterly flavorless, both the 'Nduja and the mushroom ones. Not to mention the bill, where I see on the receipt I have to sign the amount and the line item for TIP. Out of curiosity, I checked the receipt (which had been carefully placed under all the other papers) and noticed that a 20% tip was already included. Given that I would have liked to choose the tip amount, and considering that asking four times for straws and only receiving them at the end of the meal with small children does not warrant a 20% tip, the receipt should state ADDITIONAL TIP, not just TIP. This kind of "sly behavior" is extremely damaging to the restaurant industry and the reputation of Made in Italy. Until recently, I would have recommended this place, but from today, unfortunately, never again. My advice: avoid it
