Sorbillo is maybe my single favorite restaurant in all Miami. The people are so warm, the cuisine is excellent and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Ciro, George, David, Chef Michael and everyone make the place so special. I would highly recommend Sorbillo to anyone visiting Miami as well as to anyone who has lived here for years. I personally eat there twice a week at least, sometimes more. Five hearts!
Real Italians flavours. Maybe non good like Sorbillo in Naples but for sure one of the best restaurants in USA. Pizza dough and cooking point was delicious, ingredients on top the pizza not so good.
I ate the sausage and broccoli pizza after 10 months and I confirm that the pizza is always good, excellent digestibility, nothing to envy of our pizzas made in Italy, Ciro is a very pleasant person, I invite you to try it. I have returned and I assure you that you will find yourself very good, excellent food and cooked with care, all lovingly looked after by Ciro, you will find yourself among the family, I invite you to go there.
