The açaí is entirely too icy 🥺 what a disappointment and it was 16.00
PB acai bowl and Running Smoothie are great choices! Dainty and sweet, small business so dont go with a big group because theres not much seating. Visiting from boston and this was a great spot !

I ordered food in person and asked for takeout, but when I got home, I realized they only gave me 3 out of the 4 items I ordered. It was really disappointing, especially since I was initially happy about the $5 discount for new customers. The management was terrible—I tried calling the store for 30 minutes and no one picked up. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The owner is the most kindhearted person, great conversation and treats her customers with so much grace and respect. Food and coffee was great as well. Would recommend to anyone!

Soul Fresh mixes their açai with banana, which they mention in the description, you can usually taste it, but it’s alright. I ordered a bowl just now from them and they put so much bananas in the mix which is kind of a knock off because I received a banana puree instead of an açaí bowl. You could see the chunks of bananas. Which is a shame because the fruits and granola are really good quality.

Lengthy but worthy read,
I ordered a Tuna Niçose Wrap for take-out and was extremely disappointed. I opted out of the tomatoes, onions, cheese, and eggs due to dietary restrictions. With the modifications, I should have received my wrap with just spinach, avocado, and tuna. However, I was met with cranberries and walnuts mixed inside the tuna. Initially, I thought it must have been an error on my end but this wasn't listed on the website or pictured item. Unfortunately, I couldn't even finish it because I genuinely didn't enjoy the profile or textures of the tuna, cranberry, and walnuts. Truly what compelled me to leave a review is the sheer negligence. If I had a nut allergy this meal would've been deadly. Outside of this, I ordered a mango smoothie which was very tasty and the highlight of this experience. The atmosphere and space is very chic and clean, I like the decor and aesthetic. At the very least, I was provided a $5 discount as a first time customer. I truly hope management is able to address this issue at hand and prevent a potential tragedy. It would also be nice if they could honor my original order at a later date or simply provide a refund.

Restaurantji Recommends
The avo toast with Smoked salmon is incredible and the strawsome smoothie is an absolutely delight! Can’t recommend Soul Fresh enough! The people working behind the register could be a bit more enthusiastic, and due to the location and open front it can be noisy, but don’t let that put you off. The food is outstanding!!

Amazing place! Paz was so kind! I am allergic to bananas and unfortunately all the bowls come with bananas BUT Paz went out of her way to make a açaí blend with bananas! Loved it!

Cute spot and nice service, but…
The time before today I came and I tried their ‘peanut butter acai bowl’ while my partner tried ‘ Daniela’s fav acai bowl’ one . His was delicious and smooth and blended. Mine unfortunately wasn’t, it was really icy and hard to eat. I figured maybe the peanut butter didn’t mix well with the acai and gave it the benefit of the doubt.
Today, I decided to try ‘Daniela’s fave acai bowl’ expecting a better experience. Unfortunately, it was icy again for me, not smooth like his was last time. It’s so cold and icy that it’s genuinely hard to enjoy, and that’s disappointing, especially since I’ve worked at smoothie spots before and know that texture makes a big difference, especially paying $35 for two bowls that came both icy…
Just wanted to leave this as helpful feedback and the place is great in many ways, but a little more consistency in how the acai bowls are blended would really improve the overall experience!
