The food is always top notchmade fresh to order, this is where I always go for fried okra! Food gets to you fast and everyone is friendly. It's a small place meant to be either pick up or drive thru though! You're going to want to park and eat in the parking lot, it's that good!

While the food preparation here occasionally demands a bit of patience, and there are times when the place is bustling and the parking lot, where you await your order, can become quite chaotic, the end result consistently justifies the wait.The chicken, in particular, appears to be fried to order, exuding such warmth that it could even singe your fingers if you're too hasty. I must also commend their delectable desserts, a true treat for the palate. I would advise against stepping indoors to place your order, as occasionally you might encounter individuals who are homeless or appear to be struggling with their mental health. The confined space doesn't make this experience any more comfortable.

I ordered with them through DoorDash. The Dash person called me stating they don't want to give him my order. he puts me on speaker and knocking on the window and you hear a woman in the back cursing him out. i wish I could've gave zero stars. 1 is too much

I frequent this location when I am in the city. I didn't receive my drink a few weeks ago. I kept the receipt to show when I return. I didn't call because it was late at night. Again, I don't live in the area and my receipt was in Jan. But we are in early February two weeks out. I showed the manager the receipt for $35. In addition, I ordered new food $25 . Still, she refused to give me the $2 drink then preceded to mark me and loudly and rudely make comments that I want a free drink to everyone inside the restaurant. She walked away. Everyone stopped working to stare and customers. I asked for the manager because she was being nasty. I knew I wouldn't be back anytime soon to discuss her attitude or the drink. I hoped he had more respect for his loyal customers spending $30-35 every 2 weeks rather than argue over a $2 drink. She said I'm the manager and refused to contact him and continued to loud talk me in front everyone. Then a blonde girl came to the window continue to make derogatory comments about me asking for my drink I paid for. She yells, I need to move my car. I refused and she called the police and tried scaring me with that tactic please. They made a whole scene for $2. I moved and walked to the door and returned everything I had just ordered. They probably resold it. The young lady cop was nice but looked aggravated. My apologizes to the customers in line waiting. If I had thought about it, I would have asked for a refund sooner and left. But I was more stunned at their actions and sat watching them carry on behind the glass. Disgusting and ridiculous. I frequent this location when I am in the city. If you like fried seafood that has way too much lemon pepper then this place is for you. I don't like the lemon peppers and I ask for them not to put it on any of my food but they still put it on everything even the French fries. The fried conch is ok and the chicken wings were alright but nothing to get excited about. I would only go here if I had no other option.
