I worked for a long time in this place, a place that I do not recommend at all… Terrible quality in their products, since they speed up the production machines looking for quantity and not quality. Too much dirt inside that place, run by people with a very low educational and cultural level (in short, illiterate people). They demand too much when workers' payments are rubbish. The level of exploitation in this place is terrible, since there is no unity among the workers. The bosses fire you and are not able to show their faces to the workers, that makes a lot of people talk about them, they put on a bad face when you ask them for means of protection and they give them to you under protests... They will lose and continue to lose clients because when there is a lack of control Any business goes bankrupt, they should be more present in the production areas... therefore I do not recommend this business at all, since I know all the atrocities that are committed within

I just worked at this place...HORRIBLE, emotional communication is 0, the bosses know absolutely nothing about interpersonal relationships, you work under extreme tension, since they ask for a quantity/quality balance, when you work with obsolete machines, this is not possible, I am a production technologist and quality specialist, therefore my criteria are based on knowledge and not only on perception. In my personal case I was fired with 3 other colleagues, reasons? Only they know, the employing agency calls and tells us that we shouldn't go anymore...It turns out that coincidentally we were thorns in the shoe, because none of us remained silent in the face of screams, insults...Working with Cuban Bosses is miserable, they don't know how to talk, I bet most of them don't have the education for the assigned position, they don't greet, they don't even know the name of their workers and they call us girl, "hey" (I'm Cuban and I wanted to work with my Cubans" )Incredible how they interfere in the work of others, people incapable of giving opinions, when they have a position as mediocre as that of the others, because yes, they are mediocre positions, without the possibility of evolving, learning, of training yourself as something more...Previously I mentioned that I am deep into the subject of production since I was the head of a state production center, but I also had my private baking business, therefore I knew when the raw materials were not suitable or were simply not used. .. I communicated it and they said no, it's not the same...the next day there were problems with the bread, was I right or not...????Finishing and what is not least important!!!!They have such an INCREDIBLE salary!!!$12 for some and $16 for others, the hours standing in the same place does not pay, it is a job that affects both the upper and lower body, and no, there is no balance between CNS alteration, physical wear and salary .

I have been buying these products in Miami for years. Before the puddings were very good in general, now I buy them in Bj. And they make you want to CRY... THEY ARE STONES WITHOUT TASTE OR DROP OF SYRUP...TOTAL LOSS OF QUALITY...IT'S VERY SORRY...BE RECEPTIVE AND GET BETTER!
