Remember when Sunday night meant Chinese food?? Not some fancy place with valet parking and locations in London and Doha. Rather small family owned and simple Chinese American cuisine. Fortune cookies and tea instead of cosmopolitans and lychee sorbet infused whatever. Well this unassuming Chinese restaurant on 8th Street delivers that throwback experience- it ain’t pretty but the food is fantastic, inexpensive and Jian the owner delivers service with a smile. I had steamed bok choy, broccoli and tofu. All cooked to perfection- with hot green tea and rice. ? loved it. I won’t say what Dina had but she said it was very delicious. Give this place a try and tell them Spencer sent you.

Rice is given for free! Coming from the Bay Area, I thought it was a restaurant that tasted good and was very cost-effective! Support Dragon Palace! There is no Chinese menu online, so ordering is a bit troublesome.

If you're a fan of authentic Szechuan cuisine, Long Gong Chinese is a must-visit. Our recent dining experience there was nothing short of spectacular. The dishes were a symphony of flavors and spices, hitting the perfect level of heat we requested.
We started with the flaming hot braised duck, which was a fiery delight, packed with intense flavor that lingered pleasantly. The spicy pickled cabbage fish was another standout, its tangy, spicy broth balancing beautifully with the tender fish. The mapo tofu was everything you'd hope for—silky tofu swimming in a spicy, savory sauce that left us craving more. The string beans with diced pork added a nice contrast, offering a smoky, slightly crisp texture with a hint of sweetness.
What made the experience even better was the wonderful service. The staff was attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch from start to finish. The food, service, and atmosphere made this visit truly memorable. It was absolutely worth the travel, and we left happy, already planning our next visit. Long Gong Chinese is definitely a gem for anyone looking to indulge in genuine Szechuan flavors.

For me, it is the best Chinese food restaurant in Miami, I was in NY in Chinatown and I didn't get to try food as tasty as what they make here, typical and traditional food, I love seeing other Chinese people go to eat there, that shows which really is the flavor we look for in a Chinese restaurant, I recommend it not only for its dishes, the attention of Katy and Roberto is exceptional. In a location near the turnpike

I don't understand how this restaurant has such reviews. Food quality is worse than the worst chinese buffet I ever had. Food ingredients are old and stale and taste like dirty, old fridge. I'm feeling sick from eating their beef brisket and scallion pancakes fried in old smelly grease. I really regret eating their food. But I was too hungry. Service was fast, but I'm never going back to this place.

SO GOOD. The fish soup, spicy Lamb, and the spicy crispy tofu are ADDICTING. We went recently for a last minute dinner with 18 people and they kindly accommodated and were able to serve us quickly and with grace. 12/10

This is a quaint little place in a little unassuming mall. But, the menu is super interesting and the food is Good! The veggies are fresh and they have a lot of interesting flavors! I had the Tofu vegetable soup which was large. My husband had the Wonton soup, which he liked. I had the garlic eggplant and he had the Kung Pao Chicken. We also had the vegetable fried rice, which was also Good. Everything was delicious, and I asked for no msg or added sugar and they responsive to that request. Everyone was very nice to us!
