Completely unorganized Brand. I ordered a full meal with wings, tenders and fries. Fries did not come. I called customer service and after 20 minutes and having to speak with a supervisor they won't send the missing fries, and there is no turnaround time to solve this. I just have to wait. There is no quality control in this place and definitely no customer service. Also when I called 877-411-WING they asked me to call and resolve directly with the location, after waiting 20min on the main customer service line!! RIDICULOUS!!!
