Hands down best meal prep in Miami! Their meals are delicious and they give you great portions. I've put a bunch of people on and they are all very happy as well! Keep up the great work!

Spartan and legacy fit has been a major life. Changer. I am down 32 lbs and I have been enjoying the entire process becausse of how delicious the meals are. Thee staff is super friendly and always happy to answer any questions I have.
