Spartan and legacy fit has been a major life. Changer. I am down 32 lbs and I have been enjoying the entire process becausse of how delicious the meals are. Thee staff is super friendly and always happy to answer any questions I have.
On my 2nd week of the gainer plan 5 day a week meals...the food is delicious and I have tried other services and this is good. And its offered at a fair price in my opinion. Fresh, good flavors and meals I want to eat. Wish they delivered nationwide, specifically Socal so I could continue when I go back West. Sometimes I eat 4 of these meals during the day!
Highly recommend these tasty meals!!! Food selection is great... Macros included which is awesome for those on strict counts. You can see the care and love placed into each meal and delivery. Excellent customer service!
