After traveling with my kids and getting in after midnight needing something on my stomach so I can take my medication this is the menu my hotel Element Miami gave me to order from. I wish I had starved for the night! I paid for trash; cause that’s where it went! I tried to force myself to eat it! The fries were dried out and greasy as if they were old and re- dipped in oil! The shrimp was so hard it scraped the roof of my mouth and tongue! If I could give them a -10 I would!

Where to begin—this was an experience all around. We were looking for dinner options at our hotel around 11pm, and the front desk recommended this place as the only delivery option available. After waiting over an hour, the pizza finally arrived, but the delivery experience was terrible. The driver was rude and unhelpful when I tried to pay by credit card, even though the printed menu advertised that option. He insisted I call a number and give my card details over the phone, which I refused. We eventually settled on Zelle, but even then, the final bill didn’t add up—there was nearly a $20 surcharge on a $25 pizza, which he brushed off as “shipping and fees.”
The food itself was just as disappointing. The pizza was made with low-quality ingredients, soggy to the point it couldn’t hold its shape, and simply inedible. I felt completely scammed paying nearly $50 for something I wouldn’t eat again under any circumstance. Honestly, I’d rather skip dinner or eat cereal than order from here again.

Staying at a local hotel and this place was recommended by the staff. Literally the worst food we’ve ever paid for . $60 for a large pizza, mozzarella sticks and fried shrimp and 2L Pepsi. Mozzarella sticks were so fried there was no cheese, fries were so old they were inedible. The Pepsi was good.

One star is being more then generous I got a caesar salad for no dressing. long wait time and the delivery man charged more then was what was told on the phone.and was practically yelling at 2 am in the morning at a hotel taught me to read reviews for sure

This place is running a scam on hotel guests. Ordered an XXL 18” large pizza. They delivered a 14”. The menu provided by the front desk shows the 14” is 12.95. My total? 29.99!! For delivery he said. How is the delivery fee more than the actual pizza?? To top it off, the pizza sauce is cloyingly super sweet. Wish I read the reviews first.

Ordered from here a ham a pineapple pizza and garlic rolls and a shrimp and fries, 62 dollars later omg I should have read the reviews first. this food is awful. I Could not even eat the pizza.

The food is not good. The 4 cheese pizza had nacho cheese on it. Also the salad was suppose to have balsamic dressing and it came with canola oil. $40 for bad food. Don't eat here. Made the mistake of ordering from here because the hotel had a pamphlet, didn't check reviews first.
The chips was so stale and tasted like it was reheated, the buffalo chicken wings (non existent) they give you a satchel of hot sauce to put on dry fried wings NOT BUFFALO at all!!!! They gave me expired orange juice by 2 months and then also had the cheek to overcharge me $10. Not only would I never eat there again or recommend but would also advise that if you are reading this, you have been warned. Purchase at your own risk!!

Pizza was horrible, paper thin crust, and French fries were oil soaked. Ordered a 14 inch half cheese and half Hawaiian , Total $35. Would not recommend!

Ordered here because the hotel I stayed at had a pamphlet. Made the mistake of not checking reviews. Ordered 2 large pizzas (1 plain and 1 pepperoni). 12 mild wings and bacon cheese fries and a 2L of Coke. Total was somehow 70 dollars. Delivery took over an hour and food arrived cold. Pizzas were small and tasted weird. Someone else's review described it as a chemical taste which I agree. Wings were ok but they brought plain wings instead of mild. Bacon cheese fries were soggy and not good.
The only good thing was the coca cola.
