Don’t order Patty melts at Palmetto Bay Golf course Sports Grill. 4 of us had them & bread was burnt on all. They replaced my husband’s w/ another burnt one. Manager didn’t care to follow up.
I had dinner with my daughter at your sunset and 102ave location and the food was terrible - burned burger, uncooked fries. Last time I’m going there. This place has gone downhill.
Tried to leave this complaint on your website but apparently even that sucks. I was under the impression that this was a place for fans of all teams, however I tried to watch the Eagles game here today and the staff refused to change even 1 TV to anything other than the Dolphins game. I had no choice but to cancel my order & leave. I will not be wasting my money here again. If this is how you treat your paying customers, then i hope this place goes out of business as you are showing...read full review
