Love Sproutz. The chicken bowl is filling and super clean. The wraps are incredible. Each wrap is gigantic and the ginger sauce that comes on the side is super tasty. The staff here are very friendly and they consistently reward frequent visitors with great loyalty perks. Thanks Ross for the awesome service last time I visited 💪

Nothing Like a Warm Smoothie in Hot Miami!
Because what could be better than sipping a **lukewarm** mango smoothie in the blazing heat of *Hot Miami*? Refreshing, right? Totally what I needed while melting on the sidewalk.
I paid $11 for what I *thought* would be a cool, tropical treat. Instead, I got a warm, sad cup of mango-flavored confusion. When I asked the cashier why it wasn’t cold, she didn’t speak any English and simply tossed in a few ice cubes like that would magically fix it. Now it was just a **watered-down**, barely-mango, disappointment slush.
And just to top it all off? The hotel gave me a coupon I couldn’t even use—because apparently, spending $19 disqualifies you from saving a dime. Love that.
So to recap: Hot Miami sun. Warm smoothie. Frozen muffin. Useless coupon. Amazing combo if you’re into irony and regret.
Thanks for the memories—I’ll treasure them while sipping an *actual* cold drink somewhere else.

It was delicious and the service was very nice and one person very sweet to me while I was working through what I was going to order. (blonde hair woman- sorry I should have asked your name)- thank you for your kindness. More expensive than I thought. A salad with salmon+ Plus a bottled water= $41. I would go back, (it was very good)- as it was good place to grab a healthy meal- once you get past the sticker shock for a quick grab and go atmosphere I was impressed with the flavor.

I ordered an Orange creamsicle smoothie and a banana bread. I could not believe how little the banana bread was for $8. I definitely do not recommend getting it. And unfortunately, I was disappointed with the Orange creamsicle as nothing like what a dreamsicle tastes. Just not worth $22 for what I got.

I was delighted to get an açai bowl from Sproutz this morning. I had their classic bowl with strawberries, bananas and pineapple and it was just delicious. It was also very pretty... sorry I didn't take a picture to share but it's exactly as advertised on their menu. I'll go back next time I'm in Miami.
