The service is not what you can expect from this location they could do better if they care for their customers. in the end, they're the ones who pay everyone's salaries. If you suffer from any medical condition, for example like epilepsy, migraines don't expect they would treat you with respect or at least care for your condition if you request to turn off the strobe lights some other business would do it, This one is not one of those also the community LGBT is not welcome here 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈 don't waste your time and money I don't recommend
They should choose better the employees who give them the responsibility of being the manager of this place, as is the case of the lady who claims to be the manager of the bakery at night!! The treatment on her part was terrible, not to mention that she never wanted to identify herself since she did not have the knowledge to make a print previous receipt, she had to call someone to tell her how to do it, because they had put extra money in our account and she didn't know where it came from hahaha. That is why they have lost clients because as owners they should supervise more the people who take care of their business and the clients who visit it!! It's a shame that because of people without experience or knowledge of what customer service is, restaurant owners lose quality!!!

I used to go to this bakery every Saturday but since they basically doubled its prices and reduced the sizes of the items I haven't been to it in like 4 months. I went Friday, Dec 30, 2022, ordered 6 guava pastelitos, 6 cheese pastelitos, 10 croquetas and a Cuban bread, total over $34. The pastelitos are $1.45 each and the guava ones are almost half the size of what they used to be and the gyava was bitter. This is crazy! I understand inflation and all that But almost doubling your prices and reducing the portion on top of it plus not maintaining the same quality, it really sucks. This used to be a good and economical bakery but not anymore.
I Enjoy my Súper Breakfast.. near my son’s house. Great food, better prices!!
I ask for a Cuban toast and they send a Cuban bread, coffee was cold. It looks like the do not pay attention to their delivery orders via Uber eats. We pay more for delivery and get the worst service. Get it together people.
