I have been buying these cookies for years but about 1 year ago they began to decrease in quality and quantity, it is a shame because they were very soft and tasty, apparently they want to do more with less, just like in Cuba. They have not been able to leave that diabolical mentality of Cuban Socislism.

Since the beginning of this year give or take I have noticed that the quality of the crackers has started declining. First it’s one cracker from one of the individual bags. Then. It’s the whole individual bag. Now it’s 50% of the main bag. The crackers are now mostly stale and nasty. I just called them and the Spanish lady that answered the phone said let me see if someone from quality control can call you. This has been a staple in many Hispanic homes including mine. But as of late I’m reconsidering this brand. It’s safe to say that this may be my last time I buy this product. I will edit this post if I hear back from them and post the resolution.

Do not buy cookies in that place, there are cockroaches in the establishment and poor hygiene, the conditions for making mace are terrible and it is often made with poor cleanliness. On the floors you can continually see insects such as cockroaches walking on the floor, if you do not want to get sick, do not consume these cookies.
According to Florida Statute §440.205, “No employer shall discharge, threaten to discharge, intimidate or coerce any employee because of his or her valid claim for compensation or attempt to claim compensation under the workers' compensation law.”

You made the most delicious cookies in Miami, but it occurred to you to change the consistency of the dough and now the Unica cookies are horrible. Maybe with the previous dough some broke in the bag, but the flavor was like the "unique" brand. These don't break but they don't taste like anything. Today I finished the last bag and I won't buy any more. Go back to the previous dough!

I love LA Unica. But I'm in Georgia and it's getting harder and harder to find. What's up with that, guys? Get us thos crackers. Also lately, some have been too undercooked. I don't like them too dark but please not so undercooked either. Thanks. Get us the crackers here in Georgia. Iberia vendor is the ones that stick them but they are not stocking very many. When they do come, they fly off the shelf. Some stores like Walmart may think they're not selling many and that's because Iberia is not stocking them. Please, fix this.

At home we have been purchasing La Unica crackers for years, but for the past year the crackers have been stale and the individual packages come with barely 4 crackers in it. Since the price went up we expected a better product but it was not the case. We won't buy them anymore.
I always buy these cookies, but Today I had a desorption, inside a cookie there was a piece of plastic which I almost swallowed. Disgusting. I never buy these cookies again. ?

Sorry to say but the Unica crackers taste that they need more of everything. I've been buying Cuban crackers for years and they are soooo different now like stale and old. Sorry .
