The Starbucks in Brickell is a fantastic spot! The staff is always friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. The location is clean, modern, and has a great atmosphere for working, meeting up, or just relaxing with a coffee.

My drink was prepared perfectly, and the service was quick despite the high foot traffic. It’s a convenient and reliable place to grab your favorite Starbucks treats while enjoying the energy of Brickell. Highly recommend!

The girl making the coffee today at 3 pm is terrible. Yesterday, she was the same one working. Yesterday when I came to pick up my her nose and fixing peoples coffee. Today she was making wrong drinks. I’m never coming back

My appreciation is for Angelo, when I saw the reviews of violet Adams I goes to the store to see with my own eyes. He’s an outstanding employee at the Bond Starbucks store. He's incredibly sweet and always does his job to perfection. He's a hard worker who consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. What's even more impressive is his ability to remember customers' names - in my conclusion I saw that he knows at least 40% of people who walk into the store every day by name! He pays attention to every detail, and it truly shows in the way he cares for each and every customer. Angelo is a true asset to the store!

I just have to give a shoutout to Angelo, an amazing employee at my local Starbucks! He remembers my name every time I walk in! It's such a small touch, but it genuinely makes my day. His warm smile, friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service have made this location my go-to spot. Thank you for always starting my day off right!

Firstly I would like to say this review in no way targets the baristas and hourly employees of this starbucks as most of the employees are young and impressionable kids who are learning how the world works. This review is entirely aimed at the manager in the morning with the black hair, glasses, and wrist wrap. She is incredibly rude to her staff and very short with customers. On multiple occasions she can be heard and seen publicly embarrassing her staff in front of clients on the floor. Im all for constructive criticisms but do it in a fashion that is preparing your staff to be better, not to bully and embarrass them as they take orders.

Milks are never stored in the fridge during the morning rush, they are left out for 2-3 hours on the bar, allowing them spoil faster and not have a quality taste. Ive even seen them combine older milk into a newer container when one carton gets low.

Espresso shots are pre queued and left sitting for who knows how long, allowing the caffeine to expire as they sit there on the bar waiting for drinks to come in.

Seeing how the starbucks brand is attempting to revamp their customer experience with the newer CEO, i believe this manager and store is the one he needs to look at first.

*please note - this is a franchise location owned and operated by the same staff of lolitas and crazy about you here in brickell, i believe the restaurant group needs to look into this store as well, to not further hinder their service at their other locations.

Went here twice and both times the order was done wrong on every single drink! It can’t be that hard. Wait times are long. You can order before someone and they get their drink before you. It makes no sense.
