Worst Starbucks I’ve been to to date. Employees don’t care, they are slow and disinterested. I came twice and my drink was made wrong both times. It was bad enough I couldn’t finish the drink. Don’t go here.

Unexpectedly, stopped by this Starbucks to get last minute meeting done.. was immediately greeted by the staff and the store is bright and very open, plenty of tables inside and outside, definitely coming back to stay productive here.
My order was taken by Camila and then also delivered at the table, such a nice thing to do, it feels that its not about the coffee but the comfort and showing that they care about their clientele.
This barista Camila should in a Management position, was keen to detail and gratifying to get service from her. Highly recommend this Starbucks to local and non-local neighbors! Its worth the drive!!

I like coming to this Starbucks and the drinks are usually good. The only concern is my decaf orders don’t always seem to be decaf which is important for health reasons. With more consistency, this location could be great.

Overall this is a well run store but rude staff should be pointed out. Clarane/manager keeps the store clean and efficient (quick service). Jay/cashier was as rude as it gets clearly wants to me else where. Had to repeat my order a few times, then slid change on counter like giving change to homeless.

I stopped by Starbucks in Miami this morning for a quick coffee before work, and honestly, it made my day. The barista greeted me with a big smile and even remembered my name and usual order, that little touch of friendliness goes a long way. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and a spinach feta wrap, and both were prepared quickly and tasted great. The store was clean, cozy, and had a nice chill vibe with light music playing in the background. It was a great spot to sit for a few minutes and gather my thoughts before heading out. Always consistent, always comforting — thanks, Starbucks!
I just experienced Danny the shift supervisor and what a warm and wonderful experience it was. He took very good care of me and made me feel right at home.
