horrible customer service with the staff that now runs that store, if they see you looking like a Latina, they don't even say good morning, only to those of their color, and they say hello to the Americans. Today February 12, 2025, they gave me my feta spinach egg wraps cold, I asked them for a cup holder, and the employee gave it to me with attitude, I wish the district manager would take this review into account, I do not recommend it

Been a loyal SB customer for decades. During my vacation to Miami, I Stopped by at this store for a refill on my pike roast, was curtly sent away without making any effort to listen.
Their logic, you can’t have a refill if you leave the store.
I guess Sb needs to work on their policies so it’s not confusing to customers.
I usually get refills from any SB store, even if it’s in a different city, never did someone question.
These experiences are the turn offs, especially when we have better choices and places where you are treated with respect.

Normally at this location no complaints but today this crew working needs to focus cause this is not good on12/15/24@3:03pm first off the young lady not reading the ticket then she made it over it still wasn't right she didn't put the caramel at the bottom for my ribbon crunch. Then the young said my bagel will be up and total forgot about me. Last but not least the young lady did ok but after I left she never put the knife for the cream cheese I guess I suppose to use my finger. Bring the crew back cause they need help this crew that's working. And when I was leaving the same young lady kept messing up the drinks she waisting all there company products 🤦♀️
The service is very bad, they take a long time to give you the coffee and they burn the milk if you ask for hot coffee, the customer service is very poor, the cleaning could be better, I would not return to this

They really need to hire better. You ask for no eggs and they give you eggs. Nothing is ever in stock and the staff is just seemingly there because they hate their job and I’m not mad at them honestly because the management breeds this behavior. The worst run Starbucks ever with a headache of a getting in and out of. Avoid at all cost. Accept my last order as a donation cause I’ll never come back to this trash! I called to make the manager aware and his attitude was pissy to say the least. Maybe they should remind themselves that people have food allergies and dietary restrictions they are carelessly not paying attention to. Save the cut and paste response you give everyone, not interested and do better. Garbage!!!!! No common sense is costly to business and even more annoying to people that are subjected to your stupidity.

We’ve come here the last 4 days and the service is terrible. My drink yesterday tasted like only milk. There is a couple ladies who are doing awesome. This morning I got both my drinks waiting on food. The gal doing food goes and takes order. The food person should remain at the food counter to keep the flow going. They need training and a smile on their face. We’ve come here for two years and the service has gone down hill. Plus what happened to repeating your order.

Why would you even think of telling a customer next time tell us you want cream and sugar with your coffee. Thats your Job!!!! Even Mcdonalds asks. Whatever happened would you like room for cream. Wow you guys get an F in customer service
