I loved the options on the US menu ?? I loved the matcha drink. I like to order it without ice to enjoy it without colliding with the cubes. And the wraps were delicious.We took advantage of having breakfast twice, and “I repeated the dish” ?️Vegetarian options: There are drink options with vegetable milks and the wrap I ate was vegetarian with feta cheese and was delicious ?Kid-friendliness: Family place

I was feeling my worst and decided to go treat myself and not only was I comforted the ladies behind me paid for my order because I was having issues transferring some funds my phone service is tampered with. Truly grateful for the kindness shown to me today since it was very dark and it brightened my day.

Of all the Starbucks I have visited, this store (Biscayne & 30th Street) is one of the best, they all have a very good attitude except this woman (see the picture below), I don't know if she uses drugs before work or is frustrated with her life, He speaks badly and responds in a derogatory way, otherwise everything is fine ?

I love this location! The staff are so friendly and caring, they always have a pleasant disposition and go above and beyond to resolve any issues or concerns. They are incredibly patient and attentive considering the volume of traffic this location receives. There is usually a wait due to the popularity and convenience of the location. They do not have a drive-trhu and parking can be difficult to come by, especially at peak hours. However, they have plenty of indoor/ outdoor seating and wheelchair access. This is a great place to get work done on your laptop or catch up with a friend over coffee and a light snack.Dietary restrictions: They offer Non dairy options and post allergy warnings for food and drinksParking: Parking is limited and often difficult to come by at peak hoursWheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair access parking as well as wheelchair friendly restrooms

I seen fly in the food case I want never eat there again, they don't clean the chair any one can seat there, the homeless seat there and then a clean. Person has to seat behind that person, there's no cleanness at this place.

They burn everything in the coffee. Due to the temperature at which they prepare it, they ruin it. 15 minutes waiting for it to cool down so I could drink it and the flavor was ruined, it was boiling. Disaster. They have to teach the girls to use the machine to prepare coffee...they don't do it
