Let it be known that Elizabeth, Joslyn, Tori, Milo, Louie, Alexander, Ale, Andre 3000, Britney, David, David, Gio, Marcelo, and Sofia stand as paragons of excellence, each contributing their craft with poise, warmth, and an unmistakable mastery.

Please be more careful when making drinks. I asked for a decaf iced mocha because I get really bad jitters and anxiety when I drink caffeine. I avoid it entirely but I still like the taste of coffee and coming here to study. Today they gave me regular espresso. I can tell because of how I’m feeling at the moment (not good). Sometimes there’s a reason behind people asking for decaf, please be more careful and make it correctly so you don’t ruin someone’s whole day.

The girl who was handling the orders didn’t even say my name correctly. She was distracted on her phone, and my drink got cold because I was never notified that it was ready, since she called out a different name. When I told her she had made a mistake with the name, she didn’t even apologize and continued looking at her phone.

I've been a loyal customer of Starbucks for years, and I've always appreciated the quality of service and the teamwork among the staff. However, my recent visit left me deeply disappointed. The coffee bar was clearly understaffed, with only one barista, Gman, handling the overwhelming demand. It was disheartening to witness the lack of support from his colleagues. Tori and Tara offered a fleeting glance, only to disappear into the back, and the manager's presence was equally unhelpful.

It's disheartening to see a once-great company falter due to a lack of teamwork and a disregard for customer service. Gman, on the other hand, deserves immense praise for his dedication and ability to manage the chaos with such professionalism. He is a true asset to Starbucks, and I hope his efforts are recognized and appreciated.

Such a friendly team works here, plus they make the best drinks! Sometimes there will be a wait but it’s because it’s so good and the only location in the area. Be kind to the responsive staff, they have to make orders for in house guests & to go orders.
