Drive thru starbucks perhaps their best feature. Starbucks is my go to so I have gone to many helps in evaluating. This starbucks staff not friendly at all. Others I visited greet you here you feel like you're in their way. Since covid sham starbucks returned their sugar cream station, however cinnamon, chocolate vanilla powders never came back. Even Wawa has a full coffee station with all these and starbucks does not ? One for management. Additionally there was cinnamon powder on the receiving counter which I used for my coffee. I was scolded by Victoria for using it. Well if its in the coffee station we dont have this issue. So if you are in the area aside from drive thru convenience try a friendlier less attitude starbucks experience. Also they took a bit for the food

Love this Starbucks, it’s never too busy the time I’ve gone. If you miss the driveway to enter the parking lot, you can enter after the Shell, there’s a back road behind the hotel. Less traffic

I came down from Atlanta, stayed at the Aloft, and Starbucks was my early morning go to. It really set the vibes for my day. I got to know many of the workers there. S/O to my new Miami family! lol ❤️

Terrible service the cashier threw the bandage in my face because she didn't want to change the coffee that made it wrong that I saw it is one with curly hair with glasses people like her should not work there apart from that they are very expensive for one not being able to claim for her order rude for me she has a zero of 10 after waiting more than 15 minutes for my coffee

I've observed several of my recent coffee orders from Starbucks with a peculiar trend of lining up the lid sip opening with the cup seam where the hot coffee leaks out of the cup when drinking. This observation prompted my taking this picture. Oddly enough, upon my taking this picture, this stopped happening. However, the same kind of attention shifted to adding extraneous items to my Oatmeal order. It has been my experience that Starbucks Baristas have the most consistent attention to detail than any other restaurant servers in any other restaurant context that I've encountered to date. So, catching trends of behaviors that appear aimed at being a nuisance to me is at odds with what Starbucks stands for as a company and does Not honor the loyalty of my patronage in many US locations and internationally such as in Thailand, Costa Rica, Japan, Singapore, etc. I urge management investigate this and other ongoing actions that appear to be aimed at instigating and causing a nuisance for me aiding a group of people using these kinds of actions to bully me in this and many other areas of my daily life acting with impunity to impact me adversely such as on this documented occasion. Kindly have a manager contact me regarding this matter.

The team really needs to get it together and pay attention to the orders. It’s a waste of time and money when you can’t even get what you paid for.

Every time I order, I clearly see it on the screen, but when I get to the window and receive my coffee, it’s something completely different. Plus the attitude when I have to get off since I go to the drive thru!
