This place by far is the worst starbucks the service is horrible.Especially the crew that works the drive thru mornings shift don’t go there. They don’t know how to serve coffee of be nice to customer. The young working drive thru has a very bad attitude rolls her eyes to customer and has smart remark for customer. I have given multiple tries but I will never return to this location.

This Starbucks has a super nice ambience with a lot of seating! It was empty both times I went. The baristas were very nice as well.

I’m really disappointed with my order at this Starbucks location (7230 NW 36th St, Miami, FL 33166) this morning around 8 AM. I specifically requested half & half instead of regular milk in my coffee, but they didn’t make the change. On top of that, my Matcha Chai Latte was bland—I had asked for two pumps of chai, but it seemed like they either forgot or barely added any. My coffee was also lacking flavor and was mostly ice rather than an actual drink.

To make matters worse, the barista did not scan my app as I requested, so my order wasn’t recorded on the Starbucks app, and I wasn’t given a receipt either. The attention to detail and service were disappointing, and I expected better from Starbucks. Definitely not a great start to my morning!

Very friendly staff, they speak Spanish, there is a lot of space, in the ten days that my vacation stay lasted, I always saw free tables. At the car window service they are very quick to respond. It has good parking, and we always find a place.

Parking: Wide spaces and we always find a place to park.

Very dirty location… tables were dirty… windowsills were full of crumbs, the floor needed to be swept. There were quite a few staff and not that many customers… some of them could have been cleaning up. The tables on the outside were also dirty and the backs of the chairs had bird poop.. you guys need to do better!! gross!!!

Junior made my day! Made my emotional support drink exactly the way I requested and with a smile! Especially after having the worse experience at another location nearby. This is my new sb home thank you see you soon!

Pochi Clash

I give 3 starts only for the food and drinks quality. Nothing extraordinary. They are too much focus on Drive thru service. I was the only client at the cafe and felt rushed by them.
