Corporate Starbucks needs to do an audit. There is no way the machines are calibrated; the two lattes we ordered were basically hot water with hot milk - zero taste of coffee/expresso. Additionally, the only way you can buy anything is by loading a Starbucks card. The app doesn’t tell you that until you’ve completed your online order.

Terrible service or lack of service. 30 min in the queue, 35 min to wait for what you ordered, only to be told that they don't have what you ordered and if you wanted a refund or not.Pathetic service......staff are slow as can be, cannot communicate properly.

I spent almost $30 and this is the worst Starbucks ever!!!!! It's supposed to have optimal and fast service being located at the airport near the gates, but no, I always wait for more than an hour not only to be assisted but also to receive my order! They added two additional workers, and even so, they are not fast! At least Chavely helped me get a lemon cake delivered after an hour because the cashier never gave it to me! They didn't have any paninis or spinach wraps available; I ended up ordering whatever they scarcely had, and it was only 6 AM!!!! Terrible service!!! It's embarrassing that a Starbucks like this is in an international airport!!!

We got sandwiches and they were cold so I took them back and they were still cold in the middle. Super frustrating because I’ve never had that happen. Such a waste of $15.

I had to ask a barista to reheat my dark-brewed coffee after ordering Christmas blends, which were served lukewarm. Since the day Starbucks first debuted in Victoria, I have always been a devoted customer. In my personal opinion, Starbucks' coffee rating significantly dropped from five stars to three.

A mess is the easiest way to describe the entire experience. The long line and extremely ill places pick up line. Over 20 minute wait and still don’t have a sandwich. Would not return to this location.

Most of them refuse to say the type of drink with the name. Makes it impossible. Give up on names, use the ticket numbers! Baffled if an order had more than 1 item. In addition, Online orders should NOT be allowed in the AIRPORT - supply (workers) cannot fit the demand. 30 min wait times do not work in an airport!! The amount of waste by unpicked up products and essentially stealing (because there is no time for trying to get a refund before your plane leaves) is an unacceptable business model.
