Staff unorganized, I get it’s an airport but definitely needs a way better system. My drink took 20 minutes for them to make the food I ordered which came out in 3 minutes got cold.

I love the coffee but I did not appreciate the way that I was treated ! The lady in the front, with dark hair and dark skin, was arrogant and not really interested to do her job. She refused to do a bagel because apparently the owen was broken. Worst customer service experience.

Ordered on the mobile app and was told that my drink would be ready at a specific time. Came TEN MINUTES after that time, and my drink still was not ready. Don’t bother ordering ahead— it’s probably just better to wait in line…
