I go there several times a month. Absolutely worst Starbucks in Miami!
I g go as mobile order yesterday... waited 30 minutes for it. Employees were slow. No sense of urgency. Kept telling everyone “we are busy”.
Manager was stocking food entire time. Not once did manager try to engage guests or help respond to numerous people yelling and dozens of mobile order tickets at close to half hour wait
